Yesterday, I donated and recycled a lot of my stuff. I still have another sessions of decluttering and cleaning to go but, dare I say it without sounding like a cliched pile of clichés, I feel a lot better… free almost. Not quite, but almost. Still got a lot of stuff to do before I’m there, but (pile of cliché alert) it’s all about the journey 🙂

Decluttered my social media almost entirely; I reckon I still have a few things here and there to buckle down on, but that’ll be done over the next few months. I’ll tell you what though, getting rid of 3/4 of my friends has not changed my facebook at all. Considering I didn’t have a news feed anyway (check out news feed eradicator) and all I used it for was messenger, it’s exactly the same – me 1, zuckerberg 0. Waking up today to likes from people I actually care about on my new cover photo was a nice experience.

Just a quick aside, I have a lot of deadline pressure, and somehow I am the calmest I have ever been… maybe it’s experience from university kicking in, i.e. I know I can get it all done in time so I shouldn’t be worrying, but it’s a weird feeling if worrying about deadlines twenty years before them is all you’ve known your whole life.
